Cancellation Policy

Booking policy: Appointment Cancellations and Reschedules: We understand that scheduling changes may be necessary. To ensure fair scheduling practices for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost. To be respectful of everyone's time, appointments rescheduled more than twice will be charged the full appointment fee.
